Register your interest
Fill out our donor enquiry form or contact the centre. Staff can tell you about current donation arrangements.
Complete donor screening
Qualified personnel will review appropriate health information and check your eligibility. They may defer a donation for safety reasons.
The donation
If you are eligible, donation is performed using appropriate procedures and monitored by the blood bank team.
Rest and recover
After donation, follow staff instructions about rest, refreshments, activity and what to do if you feel unwell.
Before donation
Ask the team about identification, meals, hydration, medicines and any recent illness or travel that may affect eligibility. Follow the instructions they provide.
After donation
Listen to aftercare advice and notify staff if you experience dizziness or discomfort. Contact a qualified professional if you have concerns after leaving the centre.
